That is what we like to call “Raft and Ride!”

CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR: All horseback riders MUST provide their own proper riding attire including footwear with a closed toe/heel, and full length jeans or pants, t-shirt or western shirt. NO flip flops, sandals or running shoes are permitted. NO shorts, bikini tops or swimming trunks are permitted.
Helmets are mandatory for all riders and we provide them at no additional charge. Our total focus is on your safety and the horse’s safety at all times.
HORSE ASSIGNMENT: All horses are assigned by the trail guide (customers do NOT get to pick their horse).

Deposit: a 50% deposit must be made at the time of booking and the remainder must be paid in full 2 weeks before arriving. It is fully refundable 31 days or more prior to the time of the trail ride reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Horse Country Campground standard policy of 30 days or less from booking, no refund will be issued. Packages are transferable (date and also to give to someone else)
Weather Policy: Horse Country reserves the right to cancel or postpone any horseback rides as a result of weather making conditions unsafe for both horses and riders. This would include (but not limited to), thunder & lightening or major rain storms, extremely wet trail conditions, exceptional heat conditions/hot days (above 30 degrees celcuis). Should horseback rides need to be cancelled or postponed as a result of weather, customers are entitled to a full refund and/or transfer ability of their date/time to another date or gift certificate of equal value
