Sand Ring and Obstacle Course

PLAN FOR TRAIL RIDING AT HORSE COUNTRY! WE ADVISE ALL OF OUR GUESTS TO PREPARE FOR SOME FANTASTIC TRAIL RIDING AND THE DIVERSE TERRAIN YOU WILL FACE WHICH INCLUDES ROCKY AND HILLY TRAILS, WATER CROSSINGS, BRIDGE CROSSINGS AND CLAY SOIL BASE WHICH CAN GET SLICK WHEN WET.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOES ON THE FRONTS, OR TO BRING A SPARE SET OF BOOTS FOR YOUR HORSES. BAREFOOT HORSES THAT ARE WELL CONDITIONED TO HARD GROUND AND ROCKY CONDITIONS SHOULD BE FINE, HOWEVER, BRINGING ALONG A SPARE SET OF BOOTS IS SOMETHING WE DO ADVISE TO ENSURE YOUR VISIT AND TRAIL RIDING IS A PLEASURABLE AND POSITIVE ONE.

THANK YOU! MANAGEMENT

Come and join us in our new sand ring which is 100 x 200 or work out the kinks and get ready to go out on the trails in our obstacle course!

Whenever you come camping with us or trail riding you will have full access to our sand ring and obstacle (provided there isn’t a clinic that day or weekend) to warm up your horse before heading out on the trails. Many of our campers enjoy playing on the obstacle course in the early evening as the sun goes down. The great part of our obstacle course is that it allows you to experience some of the obstacles you may encounter while out on the trails.

We will also be hosting a variety of clinics in our sand ring and obstacle course which has a ton of room for all the equipment and obstacles needed. Check out our list of clinics Here
